The bidders must comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions and ensure that all forms required are properly completed and submitted. Tenders must be closed in sealed envelopes and endorsed outside with the reference number, tender description and delivered by hand to:

The deadline for the submission will be Wednesday 11 November 2026 at 1100hrs Zimbabwe time. All Qualification documents received after the deadline time will be rejected.
