Mr. Graham Dombodzvuku was elected onto the SOS Children’s Villages in Zimbabwe Board in June 2021.
Graham is a tax partner in Zimbabwe and currently employed by Deloitte Central Africa as a Partner, responsible for developing and implementing the firm strategy focusing on Growth, Brand and Transformation. Exciting role with great and supportive teams both within Zimbabwe and in the Africa Leadership. He has professional services working experience in East, Central and Southern Africa and believes in developing the talent in order to achieve sustainable results and succession planning in order to leave a legacy.
From December 2013 to May 2016, Graham was in charge of the Audit Business in Uganda. Responsible for growth, client service excellence, talent management and maintaining quality. Clients included Not for Profit organisations funded by a number of aid organisations and governments, consumer business, agribusiness, micro finance and energy sectors. Responsibilities included quality reviews for clients in Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and Kenya so obtained a good understanding of the workings of the East African economy. Under the flagship of Deloitte Graham worked in various portfolios in Namibia, Zimbabwe and Malawi.
Graham is a Charted Accountant qualified from the Institute of Charted Accountants of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting.
Israel is a holder of a Doctor of Philosophy degree .Majoring in Leadership and Corporate Governance, (AIU,) USA, a Diploma in Leadership and Governance, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe, A Bachelor of Law Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
